1. Free trial first
Every new Sproutz family gets a free trial of 15 days before anything is charged. No payment is taken during the trial. If you set up the family plan while your trial is still running, your first payment is taken only when the trial ends.
2. The family plan renews every year
The Sproutz family plan costs ₹99 per year. It is a recurring subscription: it renews automatically and the yearly price is charged on each renewal date until you cancel. You renew at the price you subscribed at.
3. No refunds
Because every family can try Sproutz free before paying, payments for the family plan are non-refundable. This includes the unused part of a year: we do not give full, partial or pro-rated refunds after a payment has been made.
4. Cancelling the renewal
- You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date from the Subscription page on the Sproutz website.
- Once cancelled, you won't be charged again.
- Your family keeps full access until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that, Nutrition, Money and Activities are locked.
- Cancelling during the free trial means you are never charged.
5. Failed renewals
If a renewal payment fails, our payment partner may retry it for a few days. Until a renewal payment succeeds, Nutrition, Money and Activities are locked. Your kids' profiles and everything you have logged are kept, and you can subscribe again at any time.
6. Payments charged by mistake
If you believe a payment was taken in error — for example, the same renewal charged twice — email us from the address on your Sproutz account with the date and amount of the payment, and we will look into it.
7. Account deletion
Deleting your account stops any future renewal charged to your payment method. It does not refund payments already made.
8. Chargebacks
Before raising a chargeback with your bank, please email us — most payment questions can be resolved faster directly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts subject to unjustified chargebacks while we investigate.
